Construction Workflow
An engineering workspace: calculator results become canonical quantities, quantities consolidate into materials, materials generate a bill of quantities, rates are resolved per item, and everything projects to a cost summary and a print-ready report. Local-only — nothing leaves this browser.
Workflow Constructor
Start a project from a single calculator, load the live high-rise example that runs the REAL engines end-to-end (quantities → consolidation → BOQ → assumed rates → cost → plan → handover), or resume the workspace below.
Start a project
Name the project and pick the first calculator. Everything you add goes into this project, not into the demonstration.
Hero visual is an inline vector of the example scope: 30 storeys over 3 basements (600 m² footprint). Demonstration; every number the example shows is engine-derived.

Engineering Basis & Limits
- Quantities come only from the authoritative calculator engines; measured values and provenance are carried with every record.
- BOQ quantity and unit are always linked to the consolidated material — they cannot be silently overwritten.
- An amount is never invented: no rate means no amount, and an invalid rate is flagged, never substituted with zero.
- The cost summary, workspace map, engineering summary and report are projections of the same live BOQ — no separate or duplicated calculation exists.
- Workflows are stored with the existing local QuantityBundle store. No account, no backend, nothing is uploaded.
